Our services enable you to access third-party applications. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these applications. Your use of third-party applications is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varcsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
